Fast, faster, fastest. And then, every once in a while, you need warp speed. Our Expedited team doesn’t even refer to ‘delivery time’ anymore — we call it ‘protect time.’We understand that time-critical delivery protects you from significant headaches. Here’s what we do to ease the load:
  1.  We start with same-day dispatch: That’s a promise we can keep because we maintain a system of more than 300 right-now teams who are ready at the drop of a hat. They’re highly trained, top-of-the-line crews, running only world-class equipment. Most are two-driver teams, of course, so you don’t lose a single minute of travel time. In fact, at peak times, we even maintain teams and rigs on-site, on-call.
  2.  Whatever you need, you get: We’re flexible when you can’t be. That means you can request full truckloads or partial shipments, and virtually any kind of trailer. Our Critical Temperature Division provides state-of-the-art monitoring and reporting. And for all shipments, our TurboTrax 24-hour tracking system uses GPS technology — along with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and our own proprietary software — to cover delivery, all tracked by the hour.
  3.  You can relax while all this is going on: You don’t have to wonder when and whether your load will get there. We’ll provide a status report at any given minute. Plus, you’ll have a single point of contact — a dedicated customer service representative assigned to ensure your just-in-time delivery.
